Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 Weeks from the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard, expedited, express. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Estimated Shipping Date: Preorder items are items that are not currently in stock and will ship once they become available. The expected shipping date will be noted on the product page, and may vary due to production, manufacturing, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping After Release: Once the preorder item is released and in stock, it will be shipped promptly. Please allow additional processing time if preorders are a significant portion of your order.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for preorders are the same as for in-stock items. If your preorder includes both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship the in-stock items separately unless you request to wait for the full order.
Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, release dates may be subject to change. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders, including both in-stock and preorder items.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: If you wish to have different items shipped to separate addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.
